目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌诊断的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2011年7月至2014年6月68例经手术病理证实为乳腺癌的彩色多普勒超声表现，观察其诊断的准确性。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断符合人数60例(符合率88.2%)，乳腺癌多数表现为分叶状或伪足状，边缘毛刺征，肿块纵横比(l/t)>1，内部回声减弱，常见砂粒样钙化灶，后方回声衰减，部分血液信号丰富，血流Ⅱ——Ⅲ级检出率85.2%。结论彩色多普勒超声是诊断乳腺癌的常用方法，可提高乳腺癌的诊断率，为临床早期治疗提供依据，具有较重要的临床应用价值。
목적：탐토채색다보륵초성대유선암진단적림상응용개치。방법회고성분석아원2011년7월지2014년6월68례경수술병리증실위유선암적채색다보륵초성표현，관찰기진단적준학성。결과채색다보륵초성진단부합인수60례(부합솔88.2%)，유선암다수표현위분협상혹위족상，변연모자정，종괴종횡비(l/t)>1，내부회성감약，상견사립양개화조，후방회성쇠감，부분혈액신호봉부，혈류Ⅱ——Ⅲ급검출솔85.2%。결론채색다보륵초성시진단유선암적상용방법，가제고유선암적진단솔，위림상조기치료제공의거，구유교중요적림상응용개치。
ABSTRACT:Objective:to explore the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer. Method:the color doppler ultrasonography results of 68 patients who were conifrmed to have breast cancer by operative pathology in our hospital between July 2011 and June 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Result:60 patients were diagnosed by color doppler ultrasonography (coincidence rate 88.2%), most breast cancer showed lobulated or pseudopodium, marginspiculation, mass aspect ratio (l/t)>1, internal echo weaken, common grit calciifcaation, posterior echo attenuation, partial rich blood lfow signals, detection rate of blood lfow grade ii to iii was 85.2%.Conclusion:color doppler ultrasonography is a common method in the diagnosis of breast cancer. it can improve the diagnostic rate and provide evidence for early clinical treatment. it has important clinical application value.
