结合工程实例,依据《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB 50018-2002),分析了高强冷弯薄壁型钢板件弯曲变形的原因,并通过1:1的模拟试验验证了分析结果.通过对规范适用性的探讨,以及高强冷弯薄壁型钢作为承重构件设计要点的讨论,提出高强冷弯薄壁型钢作为门式刚架结构主材使用时,由于其厚度较薄,必须加强对板件宽厚比等构造的限制,计算时应充分考虑板件宽厚比的影响,以保证结构安全使用.

Based on the cases,according to "Technical Code of Cold-Formed Thin-Wall Steel Structures"(GB 50018-2002),the reason of high strength cold-formed thin-walled steel elements bending deformation was analyzed,and the results of the analysis was verified by 1:1 simulation test. Through the discussion on applicability of the technical code and design points of the high strength cold-formed thin-walled steel as the main bearing component,the advice that it must strengthen the limit of width-to-thickness ratio and fully consider the effect of width-to-thickness ratio on the calculation was proposed. The advice was used in order to ensure the safety of structure.
