目的：观察运动针法对带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛引发焦虑、抑郁的疗效。方法将纳入研究的73例患者随机分成治疗组（38例）和对照组（35例）。治疗组给予运动针法联合中药汤剂，对照组给予口服卡马西平联合中药汤剂进行治疗。2周一疗程，2个疗程后比较两组治疗前后患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HaMd)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HaMa)，评定治疗前后两组患者的抑郁和焦虑变化情况。结果两组治疗前后均有统计学意义，但治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论运动针法联合中药和卡马西平联合中药均对带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛引发的焦虑症、抑郁具有良好的治疗效果。运动针法联合中药组对焦虑、抑郁的治疗效果优于卡马西平联合中药组，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰운동침법대대상포진후유륵간신경통인발초필、억욱적료효。방법장납입연구적73례환자수궤분성치료조（38례）화대조조（35례）。치료조급여운동침법연합중약탕제，대조조급여구복잡마서평연합중약탕제진행치료。2주일료정，2개료정후비교량조치료전후환자한밀이돈억욱량표(HaMd)화한밀이돈초필량표(HaMa)，평정치료전후량조환자적억욱화초필변화정황。결과량조치료전후균유통계학의의，단치료조림상료효명현우우대조조。결론운동침법연합중약화잡마서평연합중약균대대상포진후유륵간신경통인발적초필증、억욱구유량호적치료효과。운동침법연합중약조대초필、억욱적치료효과우우잡마서평연합중약조，치득림상추엄。
ABSTRACT:Objective:to observe curative effect observation of moving acupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicine for anxiety and depression caused by intercostal neuralgia of herpes zoster. Method: divide 73 cases of patients randomly into treatment group (38 cases) and control group (35 cases). treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicine decoction, and control group with carbamazepine and chinese traditional medicine decoction, two weeks for one treating period. after two treating periods, compare two groups before and after treatment with Hamilton depression scale (HaMd) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HaMa), and evaluate two groups before and after treatment with depression and anxiety changes. Result:two groups show statistical signiifcance before and after treatment, but clinical effect of treatment group was signiifcantly better than control group. Conclusion:Both moving acupuncture therapy combined with traditional chinese medicine and carbamazepine with traditional chinese medicine show good treatment effect for anxiety and depression caused by intercostal neuralgia of herpes zoster, and moving acupuncture therapy combined with traditional chinese medicine shows better effect, which is worthy of being spreaded.
