The foundation for an important component of the building can not be ignored, because of the complex geolog-ical conditions in China, its quality influence the bearing capac-ity and the use functional requirements of the building. Founda-tion engineering is hidden works, thereby allowing the founda-tion engineering is more complex than the upper structure con-struction, so the foundation must be dealt with seriously during the construction process. The important role of the screw pile in ground handing is described in this paper.
