通过透射电镜观察鳗弧菌（ Vibrio anguillarum ）鞭毛的超微结构。本文以分离自大菱鲆（ Scophthalmus maximus）及中华绒螯蟹（ Eriocheir sinensis）的致病性鳗弧菌菌株，并以鳗弧菌模式株ATCC 19264为参考菌株，采用磷钨酸负染色方法后，电镜观察其鞭毛超微结构。结果观察到一系列特殊的超微结构，包括防护套状、拳头状、旗帜状、杆状、扳指状、粘液状和卵圆状结构。这些细菌鞭毛的特殊超微结构可能与鳗弧菌的毒力相关。

Vibrio anguillarum was isolated from Scophthalmus maximus and Chinese mitten crabs ( Eriocheir sinensis ) and it was observed by negative stain transmission electron microscopy and compared with V. anguillarum type strain (ATCC 19264). The micro?graphs showed various peculiar ultrastructures including the “shield?shaped”, “fist?shaped”, “flag?shaped”, “rod?shaped”,“fingerstall?shaped”,“mucus state” and“egg?shaped” structures. These ultrastructures and their biological function might be related to the virulence of V. anguillarum.
