通过透射电镜观察鳗弧菌( Vibrio anguillarum )鞭毛的超微结构。本文以分离自大菱鲆( Scophthalmus maximus)及中华绒螯蟹( Eriocheir sinensis)的致病性鳗弧菌菌株,并以鳗弧菌模式株ATCC 19264为参考菌株,采用磷钨酸负染色方法后,电镜观察其鞭毛超微结构。结果观察到一系列特殊的超微结构,包括防护套状、拳头状、旗帜状、杆状、扳指状、粘液状和卵圆状结构。这些细菌鞭毛的特殊超微结构可能与鳗弧菌的毒力相关。
通過透射電鏡觀察鰻弧菌( Vibrio anguillarum )鞭毛的超微結構。本文以分離自大蔆鲆( Scophthalmus maximus)及中華絨螯蟹( Eriocheir sinensis)的緻病性鰻弧菌菌株,併以鰻弧菌模式株ATCC 19264為參攷菌株,採用燐鎢痠負染色方法後,電鏡觀察其鞭毛超微結構。結果觀察到一繫列特殊的超微結構,包括防護套狀、拳頭狀、旂幟狀、桿狀、扳指狀、粘液狀和卵圓狀結構。這些細菌鞭毛的特殊超微結構可能與鰻弧菌的毒力相關。

Vibrio anguillarum was isolated from Scophthalmus maximus and Chinese mitten crabs ( Eriocheir sinensis ) and it was observed by negative stain transmission electron microscopy and compared with V. anguillarum type strain (ATCC 19264). The micro?graphs showed various peculiar ultrastructures including the “shield?shaped”, “fist?shaped”, “flag?shaped”, “rod?shaped”,“fingerstall?shaped”,“mucus state” and“egg?shaped” structures. These ultrastructures and their biological function might be related to the virulence of V. anguillarum.
