“삼정”배훈모식시기우요녕성농촌초중교사소질제승배훈적실천탐색，돌출료“육인위본、실천취향화종신학습”적기본이념，종학원적수구출발，취초과당교학。구체내용포괄정치적과정、정세적관리화정심적복무。
“Three exquisites”training pattern is based on exploring the training practice of improving the quality of middle school teachers in rural areas of Liaoning Province,highlighting the notions of “culti-vating is the basis,training is practice-oriented and learning is a lifelong matter”.The practice starts from the trainees’needs and focuses on classroom teaching.Specific content includes exquisite curriculum,ex-quisite management and exquisite service.
