通过查阅数据库中可获取的生物毒性数据,与石油开采场地土壤中91种石油类污染物在多个生物类别下急性毒性、亚慢性/慢性毒性与各物质辛醇-水分配系数的一元回归方程,进而得到从数据库中暂不可获取的毒性数据。将补充后的毒性数据用于化学品评分排序模式中,弥补了由于数据缺失所导致的评分筛选结果中不确定得分对物质实际理化性质得分掩盖影响。

Biological toxicity data referred to the databases were used to build the simple linear regression equation with the octanol -water partition coefficients of the 91 petroleum pollu-tants in the oilfield soil under different biological species. By this method, toxicity data which are not available from the data-bases could be obtained. And by using the complemented toxici-ty data in the chemical scoring and ranking assessment model, the influence of covering up by the uncertain scores caused by the data missing on the actual physicochemical properties scores in the ranking and screening results could be fixed.
