新型绿色植生基材施工方法简单,将煅烧磷尾矿、硅灰、土壤、肥料、保水材料等混合加水后喷射到岩面上,上述混合物可在岩石表面形成一层具有连续空隙的硬化体以防止雨水冲刷,种子可以在空隙中生根、发芽、生长。本文主要研究煅烧磷尾矿与硅灰在不同配合比的情况下植生基材的抗冲刷性,再将植生基材喷射在多孔混凝土上,分析植被生长状况。结果表明,此植生基材完全可以用于边坡生态防护能,抵抗特大暴雨冲刷,当植生基材中磷尾矿与硅灰占总量60%时,植生基材不仅能满足植物生长的需求,还能够大量利用磷尾矿达到保护环境的目的。

The construction method of the new type of Plant growing Medium is very simple, iIts main ingredient is phos-phorus tailings, silica fume, soil, fertilizer, water materials, it can be sprayed into the rock face directly. It can form a layer of hardened body that having a continuous gap on the rock sur-face to prevent the rain wash and seeds can take root in the gap, germinate and grow. I study the anti erosion ability of the Plant growing Medium through a lot of experiments that the phosphate tailings and silica fume are in different ratio, sprayed Plant growing Medium to the surface of porous concrete, and then make analysis on vegetation growth status. The results show that, the Plant growing Medium can resist the torrential rain washed out and can be used for slope ecological protection, when the weight of phosphate tailings and silica fume accounted for 60% of the Plant growing Medium, the Plant growing Medi-um can not only meet the demand of plant growth, can also use a lot of phosphate tailings that can protect environment.
