列车轮轨磨耗会造成巨大的粉尘污染和经济损失。列车主动径向转向架是一种能够解决列车轮轨磨损的新技术。提出了基于机器视觉的列车转向架控制方案来减小列车轮轨的磨耗。制作了一台按一定比例缩小的转向架,将通过数字摄像头导航让其沿固定轨道运行的实物模型作为研究对象,通过模拟车辆模型循迹并利用图像处理的大津法来精确实现轮对转向角度与轨道弧度角一致性的控制,同时将仿真所得数据传输到上位机进行轮轨磨耗的在线仿真。仿真结果表明,此方案减少的磨损量相对于未做处理的悬架结构和使用惯性导航转向的方案均有明显提升。

The train wheel wear will cause enormous economic losses and dust pollution .The active radial bo-gie is a kind of new technology to solve the wheel rail wear .The scheme of train bogie control based on ma-chine vision is proposed in order to decrease the train wheel wear .Namely,the machine vision technology is used to guide the active radial bogie control ,a proportionally reduced steering rack is shaped ,and the simula-tion model runs along a fixed track by digital camera navigation .The object of achieve precise wheel steering angle and the track of the radian angle consistency control can achieves by the simulation model of vehicle tracking using image processing of OTSU method .Meanwhile the online simulation of wear of wheel and rail is executed on PC by physical model experiment data .The theoretical analysis ( For example,Creep theory) and simulation results show that the scheme reduces the amount of wear than the untreated suspension structure . Compared with the inertial navigation steering the scheme has improved significantly .
