铬盐生产行业属高污染行业,其清洁生产技术也一直在发展推行之中。结合实际案例,对照《铬盐行业清洁生产评价指标体系(试行)》中相关指标,同时结合国内外铬盐行业生产水平,分析湖北振华化学股份有限公司从有钙焙烧到无钙焙烧技术转变后的清洁生产水平。从分析结果来看,推行无钙焙烧技术将大大提高铬盐生产清洁生产水平,有利于企业生产的可持续发展。
鉻鹽生產行業屬高汙染行業,其清潔生產技術也一直在髮展推行之中。結閤實際案例,對照《鉻鹽行業清潔生產評價指標體繫(試行)》中相關指標,同時結閤國內外鉻鹽行業生產水平,分析湖北振華化學股份有限公司從有鈣焙燒到無鈣焙燒技術轉變後的清潔生產水平。從分析結果來看,推行無鈣焙燒技術將大大提高鉻鹽生產清潔生產水平,有利于企業生產的可持續髮展。
락염생산행업속고오염행업,기청길생산기술야일직재발전추행지중。결합실제안례,대조《락염행업청길생산평개지표체계(시행)》중상관지표,동시결합국내외락염행업생산수평,분석호북진화화학고빈유한공사종유개배소도무개배소기술전변후적청길생산수평。종분석결과래간,추행무개배소기술장대대제고락염생산청길생산수평,유리우기업생산적가지속발전。
Chromic salt production belongs to the high pollution industry and its clean production technology has also been developing and implementing .According to some relevant index in Index System of Cleaner Pro-duction Evaluation for Chromic Salt Industry and combining with production level for chromic salt industry at home and abroad,the clean production level of Hubei Zhenhua Chemical Co .,Ltd was analyzed from calcium roasting to non-calcium roasting .Results show that implementation of non calcium roasting technology will greatly improve the level of clean production of chromic salt production ,which is beneficial to the sustainable development of enterprise production .
