知识经济时代,知识型员工是学习能力、信息的主要载体,他们已成为保持企业核心竞争力的关键因素之一。而职业成功对于知识型员工来说至关重要。通过构建模型研究感知组织支持、自我效能与职业成功三者之间的关系,找出影响职业成功的因素,这不仅有利于实现员工的自身价值,增强他们的自我实现感,还有利于提升企业整体绩效,使其长具竞争力。

In the era of knowledge-driven economy, as the major carrier of learning ability and information, knowledge staff have become a key factor for a company’s core competitiveness. Occupational success is of great importance for knowledge staff. In this paper, the author tries to construct a model to study the relationship among perceiving organizational support, self efficacy and occupational success, and find out the factors for occupational success, which will not only help staff realize their own value, increase their sense of self-fulfillment, but also improve overall.
