唐平26(TP26)是通过原生质体融合技术获得具有优良栽培特性的新型食用菌菌株。通过比较TP26在8种不同成分组成的固体培养上的生长状态,筛选出 TP26的最适培养基—以黄豆滤液为组分的黄豆-葡萄糖培养基;通过用黄豆渣代替黄豆滤液作为黄豆-葡萄糖培养基的组分,获得了改良黄豆-葡萄糖培养基—黄豆渣-葡萄糖培养基,TP26在黄豆渣-葡萄糖固体培养基生长速度快,可达到5.0 mm/d,气生菌丝稠密、菌落整齐,颜色均一,显著优于其它固体培养基。

Tangping26 (TP26) is a fusion strain by protoplast fusion. The solid and liquid spawn medium formula of TP26 was studied. The result showed that TP26 grew well in soybean extract-glucose medium with dense neat uniform color mycelium and high growth rate. The optimum liquid formula of TP26 is soybean extract-glucose medium. The mycelia biomass of Tangping26 could reach to 0.82 g/100 mL (dry weight) cultured for 7 d in soybean extract-glucose medium, improved 0.37 g- 0.79 g/100 ml (dry weight) than other test medium. Therefore, the optimum solid and liquid formula of TP26 is soybean filter residue-glucose medium and soybean extract-glucose medium respectively.
