以甲基磺酸盐为催化剂,用乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙二醇为原料合成苹果酯,考察了各有关因素对收率的影响,得到反应的最佳条件:n(乙酰乙酸乙酯):n(乙二醇)为1:1.5,甲基磺酸钙的用量为0.6 g,带水剂用量为10 mL,回流时间为1.5 h,苹果酯的收率达86.53%。
以甲基磺痠鹽為催化劑,用乙酰乙痠乙酯和乙二醇為原料閤成蘋果酯,攷察瞭各有關因素對收率的影響,得到反應的最佳條件:n(乙酰乙痠乙酯):n(乙二醇)為1:1.5,甲基磺痠鈣的用量為0.6 g,帶水劑用量為10 mL,迴流時間為1.5 h,蘋果酯的收率達86.53%。
이갑기광산염위최화제,용을선을산을지화을이순위원료합성평과지,고찰료각유관인소대수솔적영향,득도반응적최가조건:n(을선을산을지):n(을이순)위1:1.5,갑기광산개적용량위0.6 g,대수제용량위10 mL,회류시간위1.5 h,평과지적수솔체86.53%。
Fructone was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and glycol catalyzed by methanesulfonate. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and best conditions were found out. The optimal process conditions were obtained as follows: the molar ratio of the reactants wasn(ethyl acetoacetate):n(glycol)=1:1.5; the amount of calcium methanesulfonate was 0.6 g and water carrying agent was 10 mL; reaction time was 1.5 h. The yield was 86.53%. The results showed that calcium methanesulfonate had high catalytic activition for the synthesis of fructone.
