目的:通过研究龙葵不同产地、生长周期及药用部位中澳洲茄碱的动态规律,为进一步优化龙葵的采收期、药用部位及栽培提供依据。方法:采用 HPLC,AgilentTC-C18色谱柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm);以乙腈-0.5%磷酸水溶液作为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长为203 nm;体积流量:0.9 mL·min -1;柱温为30℃。结果:龙葵药材中澳洲茄碱含量因产地不同差异很大。龙葵地上部分澳洲茄碱含量的高低主要取决于所结果实的多少,以盛果期含量最高;不同成熟程度果实中澳洲茄碱含量的规律为:成熟果实<青果<幼果。结论:在龙葵的生长过程中,龙葵中澳洲茄碱的含量随着其生长发育进程而发生变化。根据龙葵不同生长阶段所含澳洲茄碱在各器官中的含量变化,龙葵的最佳采收期为盛果期,最佳药用部位为幼果和青果。

목적:통과연구룡규불동산지、생장주기급약용부위중오주가감적동태규률,위진일보우화룡규적채수기、약용부위급재배제공의거。방법:채용 HPLC,AgilentTC-C18색보주(250 mm ×4.6 mm);이을정-0.5%린산수용액작위류동상,제도세탈;검측파장위203 nm;체적류량:0.9 mL·min -1;주온위30℃。결과:룡규약재중오주가감함량인산지불동차이흔대。룡규지상부분오주가감함량적고저주요취결우소결과실적다소,이성과기함량최고;불동성숙정도과실중오주가감함량적규률위:성숙과실<청과<유과。결론:재룡규적생장과정중,룡규중오주가감적함량수착기생장발육진정이발생변화。근거룡규불동생장계단소함오주가감재각기관중적함량변화,룡규적최가채수기위성과기,최가약용부위위유과화청과。
Objective:To the dynamic accumulation of solasonine in Solanum nigrum from different origin growth cycle and medicinal parts,and provide scientific basis for harvest time,standardized cultivation and medicinal parts of S.nigrum.Methods:The content of solasonine was determined by using HPLC,Agilent TC-C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm) with acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, detection wavelength was 203 nm; flow rate was 0.9 mL·min-1 ;column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:Solasonine content of S.nigrum in great difference by different origin.The content of solasonine in S.nigrum depended on the number of the fruits.The highest content was in full fruit period.The solasonine content in fruits of different maturity was following: mature fruit < green fruit < young fruit.Conclusion:In the whole process of the growth cycle of S.nigrum,the content of solasonine in S.nigrum changed in response to its growth and development process.Based on the data that the contents of solasonine in S.nigrum changing according to different growth stages,It is concluded that the best collection period would be full bearing period,the best medicinal part would be young fruits and green fruits.
