通过对黄连子粉的乙醇提取液进行浓缩,将黄连子多酚分为水溶性多酚和水不溶性多酚两部分,采用金属离子沉淀法对水溶性多酚进行分离,得沉淀部分(多酚含量57.14%)和余液部分(多酚含量5.87%)两组分;采用NaHCO3萃取法对水不溶性多酚进行分离,得5% NaHCO3萃取物(多酚含量99.02%)和萃余物(多酚含量99.84%)两组分。通过分离纯化,沉淀组分、5%NaHCO3萃取物和萃余物中多酚的纯度得到显著提高。

Byconcentrating,the polyphenols extractiveofPistaciachinensis Bunge seeds was separated into two parts,which were water–soluble polyphenols and water–insoluble polyphenols. Water–soluble polyphenols were precipitated byZn2+ and divided into two fractions that were precipitation(polyphenols content was 57.14%) and solution(polyphenolscontent was 5.87%). Water–insoluble polyphenols were extracted by 5% NaHCO3,and divided into two fractions that were 5% NaHCO3extractive (polyphenolscontent was 99.02%) and raffinate(polyphenolscontent was 99.84%). By separating the purityof the polyphenols weremarkedly improved.
