In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of complex contour parts chamfer machining in CNC milling, a mathematical model was built based on the machining trajectory analysis. The combination of G10 instruction with macro program enabled the chamfering processing of products. The program is simple, clear, strong versatility, and can improve the processing efficiency and accuracy of the product.
