吴汝纶作为近代教育先驱，他的体育教育实践活动，是其教育思想的重要组成部分。以文献资料调研、归纳演绎、分析综合等方法，试图在“以人文本”的理念下，研究吴汝纶的体育教育思想，弃其糟粕，取其精华，为促进现代学校体育教育改革与发展提供参考。

As a pioneer in modern education, Wu Ru-lun’s physical education practical activity was an important part of his education concept. Based on the literature research, induction deduction and comprehensive analysis methods, etc., this article attempts to research Wu Ru-lun’s physical education thought under the “people-oriented” concept, discard the dross and take its essence, to provide the reference for the modern school physical education reform and development.
