针对水下高耐压、小比重特种装备的需要,提出了一种新颖的拓扑结构形式,并基于加筋圆柱壳设计出对应的闭环平台结构。通过ANSYS进行全工况耐压强度和稳定性分析,在1MPa水压(外压)的设计工况下结构表现出较好的耐压特性。整个耐压平台比重仅有0.325,在水下可为平台上的其他海洋设备提供约4t的正浮力,是一种经济、可靠的海洋工程结构。

A novel topology of steel structure to realize the high resistance to pressure and small specific gravity relative to water of special equipment is proposed,and based on the stiffened cylindrical shell a correspondingly platform with closed loop is designed. Then the full cases analysis of structure strength and stability is made based on ANSYS. The structure shows good resistance under the case of 1 MPa outer water pressure. The specific gravity of the platform is only 0.325,while 4t positive buoyance is provided. These indicate that the platform in this paper is a marine structure of economy and reliability.
