该规程旨在农牧交错区保护性耕作小麦田建立“集轮作、种子精选、田间管理等农业措施为基础，以机械、化学除草方法相结合”的杂草综合控制技术模式，对杂草综合控制的措施、时间、除草剂与机具选择、具体技术要求等重要内容进行描述，形成适合农牧交错区保护性耕作小麦田杂草综合控制技术规程。
該規程旨在農牧交錯區保護性耕作小麥田建立“集輪作、種子精選、田間管理等農業措施為基礎，以機械、化學除草方法相結閤”的雜草綜閤控製技術模式，對雜草綜閤控製的措施、時間、除草劑與機具選擇、具體技術要求等重要內容進行描述，形成適閤農牧交錯區保護性耕作小麥田雜草綜閤控製技術規程。
