乌索酸是一种五环三萜类化合物,具有抗炎抗菌、抗氧化、保肝、降血脂、对艾滋病病毒具有抑制等多种生物学效应。文章综述了近年来乌索酸的相关研究进展及分析测定方法,包括高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、毛细管电泳法、分光光度法、薄层扫描法等,其中高效液相色谱法是最常见、使用最广泛的分析方法之一。

Ursolicacid exhibited various biological activities, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant, protecting liver, reducing blood lipid and anti-HIV, and was a kind ofpentacyclic triterpenes. Now, the research of ursolicacid embodied in the advance of separation and extraction technology, the developing of anti-cancer drugs and diverse detectability including different analysis and testing methodology. The analysis of ursolicacid determination methods and research progress in recent years was reviewed in this paper, included high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, spectrophotometry, TLC scanning method, of which the HPLC was one of the most common and useful analysis methods. And the brief summary to the relevant research of ursolicacid in recent years was carried on.
