按P1×P2不完全双列杂交设计,采用NCⅡ分析方法,对自选及引进的11份自交系材料进行配合力测定和分析,为以后育种工作提供理论指导,通过对11份自交系材料的株高、穗位、穗长、穗粗、秃尖长、穗粒数、出籽率、百粒重8个主要性状及单株粒重进行一般配合力分析,综合来看, K3、816、K12、2011、PH6wc这5个自交系的一般配合力较强,用它们作亲本更易获得优良的组合;通过对30个组合特殊配合力相对效应值进行估算,08-42×PH6wc、817×816、PH4cv×Mo17、K12×PH6wc、K3×816单株产量特殊配合力效应值较高,尤其在穗粒数、百粒重、穗长等方面表现出特殊的优良种性特征,有极大的开发价值。
