通过对呼伦贝尔市现有电视天气预报气象服务发展的分析，透视电视天气预报气象服务发展过程中特点，电视天气预报服务手段和服务能力急需改进和提高，电视天气预报要改变服务方式，尤其以方便快捷为主，用户通过其它新兴媒体技术也能随时随地获得气象部门发布的各种所需气象信息，形成多元媒体联动播出、立体覆盖的服务格局。

Through analysis of the development of existing Hulunbuir TV weather forecast meteorological service and the chara cteristics was examined, the service means and service ability of TV weather forecast urgently needed to be reformed and improved.TV weather forecast needed to change service mode, especially which was mainly fast and convenient. Users can also obtain a variety of meteorological needed information which meteorological department issued anywhere at any time by other emerging media technology, forming a pattern of diversity in broadcast media linkage and three-dimensional services covering.
