随着乌海市工业化、城市化水平的提高，农业却出现日益萎缩现象，明显形成工农业发展不平衡的局面。文章结合乌海市城市自身的特征与农业发展现状，对发展都市型现代农业的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行分析，提出整合现有资源，抓住西部大开发、经济转型所带来的机遇，发展独具乌海特色的都市型现代农业发展模式。
隨著烏海市工業化、城市化水平的提高，農業卻齣現日益萎縮現象，明顯形成工農業髮展不平衡的跼麵。文章結閤烏海市城市自身的特徵與農業髮展現狀，對髮展都市型現代農業的優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅進行分析，提齣整閤現有資源，抓住西部大開髮、經濟轉型所帶來的機遇，髮展獨具烏海特色的都市型現代農業髮展模式。
수착오해시공업화、성시화수평적제고，농업각출현일익위축현상，명현형성공농업발전불평형적국면。문장결합오해시성시자신적특정여농업발전현상，대발전도시형현대농업적우세、열세、궤회、위협진행분석，제출정합현유자원，조주서부대개발、경제전형소대래적궤우，발전독구오해특색적도시형현대농업발전모식。
With the industrialization and urbanization level increasing in Wuhai city, however, agriculture was shrinking, and the imbalance of industrial and agricultural development was evident. combined Wuhai itself features with agricultural development status, the advantage, disadvantage, opportunities, and threat of modern agricultural type were analyzed, we advised to integrat existing resources, with the help of west large development, and catch opportunities by economic transformation, to develop modern agriculture with unique features in Wuhai.
