基层农技推广是让政策发挥作用的重要纽带，是联系群众的最重要环节。文章根据临沂市河东区三年来开展基层农机推广项目积累的经验，从技术人员选拔、示范户培育、示范基地建设、网络建设等方面阐述了基层农技推广工作的要点和注意事项，以期更好地开展此项工作。

Agricultural technology extension is an im portant bond to play a major sector in linking policy with the people. According to the experience in developing basic agricultural technology extension for three years from Hedong, the main points and notes about select technicians, train model household, build demonstration base, improve network were elaborated in this article to offer some references in better to develop this work.
