研究了用乙醇胺(M EA )和三乙醇胺(T EA )混合物从燃煤烟气中吸收CO2 ,通过控制变量法获得适宜的工艺参数:反应温度20 ℃ ,溶剂组成0 .6 mol/L(MEA)+0 .4 mol/L(TEA) ,CO2 体积分数12% ,模拟烟气流量500 L/h.适宜条件下 ,混合醇胺的吸收速率为5 .67 × 10-4 mol/s ,比纯M EA的吸收速率4 .63 × 10-4 mol/s更快.

Using ethanolamine(MEA)and triethanol amine(TEA)as absorbent to absorb CO2 in coal-fired flue gas were researched .The appropriate parameters was determined by control variables method .T he results show that under the conditions of reaction temperature of 20 ℃ ,CO2 volume fraction of 12% ,simulated flue gas flow of 500 L/h ,the absorption rate of 0 .6 mol/L (M EA )+0 .4 mol/L(TEA) for CO2 is 5 .67 × 10-4 mol/s which is more faster than that of MEA for CO2 (4 .63 × 10-4 mol/s) .
