研究了从稀土抛光粉废料中回收稀土 ,考察了稀土抛光粉预处理方式、焙烧产物粒度、氢氧化钠用量、焙烧温度和焙烧时间对稀土的盐酸浸出率的影响.试验结果表明 ,稀土抛光粉加NaOH焙烧 ,NaOH用量与抛光粉质量比为0 .18、焙烧温度450 ℃ 、焙烧时间2 .5 h最优条件下 ,稀土的盐酸浸出率平均高于98% .
研究瞭從稀土拋光粉廢料中迴收稀土 ,攷察瞭稀土拋光粉預處理方式、焙燒產物粒度、氫氧化鈉用量、焙燒溫度和焙燒時間對稀土的鹽痠浸齣率的影響.試驗結果錶明 ,稀土拋光粉加NaOH焙燒 ,NaOH用量與拋光粉質量比為0 .18、焙燒溫度450 ℃ 、焙燒時間2 .5 h最優條件下 ,稀土的鹽痠浸齣率平均高于98% .

Recovery of rare earth from waste polishing powder was researched .The influence of pretreatment ways ,roasted product size ,NaOH amount ,roasting temperature and roasting time on leaching of rare earth using hydrochloric acid were examined .The optimum conditions are determined as mass ratio of NaO H-to-w aste of 0 .18 ,roasting temperature of 450 ℃ ,roasting time of 2 .5 h , roasting product size of 150 mesh .Under the optimal conditions ,leaching of rare earths is over 98% .
