为提高网络信息安全风险评价精度，提出一种聚类分析和神经网络相融合的信息系统风险评价模型。本文对信息安全风险进行聚类分析，从每一类聚类结果中任意提取一个子类组成单个神经网络的训练样本集，并给每个单独的神经网络赋予不同的权重，将单个神经网络组成加权融合神经网络，得到网络信息安全风险评价精度。仿真结果表明，该模型提高了网络信息安全风险的评价的精度，加快了评价速度，能够很好地克服传统网络信息安全风险评价模型的缺陷。

In order to improve the accuracy of network information security risk assessment, a new model of information security risk assessment based on clustering analysis and combined neural network was proposed. The cluster analysis of information security risk was made and random subclasses from each class of clustering results composed the training sample set of single neural network, and then each individual neural network was given different weight to form the combined neural network, which can calculate the accuracy of network information security risk assessment. Simulation results showed that the model improved the accuracy and speed of network information security risk assessment and overcame the defects of traditional network information security risk assessment model.
