The paper proposed new water sources for the new wetland of Qingshui River Valley in Weihe River Valley based on investigation. The countless springs can be orderly connected through dredging measures to form new water sources. with this new water sources, investment cost of RMB 1 billion can be can saved, in favor of the Qingshui River Wetland Park to speed up the progress of construction. The constructed wetland park can block the sewage emission sources, effectively harness the pollution of large area of farming land. The low cost water diversion project can speed up the construction progress, increase 50% of wetland area, and build sewage treatment facilities to facilitate pollution management.
