应用超声波强化提取法提取构树种子油,并对其进行了荧光分析和气相色谱-质谱分析,测定了构树种子油中VE的质量分数,分析了构树种子油脂肪酸成分.结果表明,构树种子油中VE的质量分数为410. 45 mg·kg-1 ,主要含有棕榈酸、硬脂酸、珠光脂酸等脂肪酸,且含有多种不饱和脂肪酸,如亚油酸、油酸等,亚油酸的质量分数为77. 984 mg·kg-1.
應用超聲波彊化提取法提取構樹種子油,併對其進行瞭熒光分析和氣相色譜-質譜分析,測定瞭構樹種子油中VE的質量分數,分析瞭構樹種子油脂肪痠成分.結果錶明,構樹種子油中VE的質量分數為410. 45 mg·kg-1 ,主要含有棕櫚痠、硬脂痠、珠光脂痠等脂肪痠,且含有多種不飽和脂肪痠,如亞油痠、油痠等,亞油痠的質量分數為77. 984 mg·kg-1.
응용초성파강화제취법제취구수충자유,병대기진행료형광분석화기상색보-질보분석,측정료구수충자유중VE적질량분수,분석료구수충자유지방산성분.결과표명,구수충자유중VE적질량분수위410. 45 mg·kg-1 ,주요함유종려산、경지산、주광지산등지방산,차함유다충불포화지방산,여아유산、유산등,아유산적질량분수위77. 984 mg·kg-1.
The see d oil of Broussonetia papyrifera is extracted by Ultrasonic strengthen method, and the mass fraction of Vitamin E and fatty acids are detected through the method of fluoromet-ric analysis and gas chromatography analysis, respectively. The mass fraction of Vitamin E is 410. 45 mg·kg-1 . The GC-MS analysis shows that fatty acids, such as palmitic acid, stearic acid, margaric acid and etc, and unsaturated fatty acid, such as linoleic acid, oleic acid andetc, are detected in the seed oil. The contents of linoleic acid are 77. 984 mg·kg-1.
