研究了采用一次浸出—焙烧—二次浸出工艺从低品位多金属矿石焙砂中浸出铜和锌.结果表明 :一次浸出的最佳条件为浸出温度60 ℃ 、初始硫酸质量浓度60g/L、浸出时间2.0h、液固体积质量比2.5:1,最佳条件下 ,铜浸出率为92 .65% ,锌浸出率为88 .74% ,铁浸出率为20 .83% ,浸出渣率为42 .73% ,渣中铜和锌主要以硫化铜和硫化锌形式存在 ;一次浸出渣在900 ℃下焙烧60 min ,然后再进行二次浸出 ,铜、锌浸出率提高到98% 左右 ,而铁浸出率保持在22% ~23% .

The leaching of Cu and Zn from a low-grade polymetallic ore calcine was researched by the process of leaching-roasting-leaching .T he results indicate that the leaching rates of Cu ,Zn and Fe are 92 .65% ,88 .74% and 20 .83% ,respectively ,under the following optimum conditions of leaching temperature of 60 ℃ ,initial sulfuric acid concentration of 60 g/L ,leaching time of 2 h and the ratio of liquid-to-solid of 2 .5 .T he main compositions of Cu and Zn in the first leaching residue are CuS and ZnS .T he leaching residue is roasted at a temperature of 900 ℃ for 60 min then is second leached ,the leaching rates of Cu and Zn can increase to about 98% ,and the leaching rate of Fe keeps at the range o f 22% -23% .
