由于建设项目需从秃尾河取水,在对秃尾河湿地资源进行全面调查的基础上,通过对建设项目取水后秃尾河湿地生态现状的分析,客观地预测项目建设对湿地生态的影响,并提出了相应的生态恢复措施.为提高评价结果的直观性,在分析过程中尝试性地采取了一些定量分析的方法.

Due to the need for getting water from Tuwei river by the development projects, a thorough investigation of the wetland resources in Tuwei River was conducted to analyze current ecological conditions after water taking, an objective prediction of the impacts of the development project on wetland ecosystem were made. Corresponding measures were proposed for ecological restoration. In order to improve the intuitiveness of evaluation results, quantitative analytical methods were employed in the process of analysis.
