锌冶炼过程中 ,湿法收尘后会产出大量含镉废水.极易溶于水的三巯基均三嗪三钠可与C d2+发生螯合反应形成难溶于水的有机硫螯合物 ,达到脱除镉的目的.研究了用三巯基均三嗪三钠从含镉废水中脱除镉 ,考察了三巯基均三嗪三钠加入量、搅拌时间、聚合氯化铝加入量、静置陈化时间对镉脱除率的影响.结果表明 ,在三巯基均三嗪三钠加入量0 .3 g/L、反应时间15 min、聚合氯化铝加入量0 .3 g/L、静置陈化30 min条件下 ,溶液中镉质量浓度可下降至2 .18 × 10-8 m g/L以下.

The wastewater containing cadmium is produced in zinc smelting process .2 ,4 ,6-trimercapto-s-triazine trisodium is soluble in water and can chelate Cd2+ in the wastewater forming indissolvable chelate compound .Removal of cadmium from the wastewater using the salt was researched .The influence of the salt usage ,stirring time ,aluminium chlorohydrate flocculant usage and settling time on removal of cadmium were examined .As the result ,the best parameters are determined that the salt concentration is 0 .3 mg/L ,stirring time is 15 min ,flocculant concentration is 0 .3 mg/L ,settling time is 30 min .After precipitation ,cadmium content in wastewater is lower than 2 .18 × 10-8 mg/L .
