研究了针铁矿法从还原红土镍矿盐酸浸出液中除铁 ,考察了空气流量、溶液pH、反应温度等对除铁和镍钴损失的影响.试验结果表明 :在空气流量300 L/h、溶液p H=4 .0、温度90 ℃ 、溶液中C u2+质量浓度0 .5 g/L、反应时间3h条件下 ,铁去除率达98% 以上 ,沉淀物过滤性能良好 ,镍、钴损失率分别为2.8% 和3.2% .
研究瞭針鐵礦法從還原紅土鎳礦鹽痠浸齣液中除鐵 ,攷察瞭空氣流量、溶液pH、反應溫度等對除鐵和鎳鈷損失的影響.試驗結果錶明 :在空氣流量300 L/h、溶液p H=4 .0、溫度90 ℃ 、溶液中C u2+質量濃度0 .5 g/L、反應時間3h條件下 ,鐵去除率達98% 以上 ,沉澱物過濾性能良好 ,鎳、鈷損失率分彆為2.8% 和3.2% .

Removal of iron from hydrochloric acid leaching solution of reduced laterite by goethite process was investigated .The effects of air flow ,the solution pH and reaction temperature on removal of iron and losses of nickel and cobalt w ere examined .T he results show that removal rate of iron is over 98% and losses rate of nickel and cobalt are 2 .8% and 3 .2% ,respectively ,at the conditions of air flow of 300 L/h ,pH of 4 .0 ,temperature of 90 ℃ ,Cu2+concentration of 0 .5 g/L ,and reaction time of 3 h .The precipitate obtained is filtered well .
