研究了用针铁矿法从锌浸出液中去除铁、氟.结果表明 :在温度90 ℃ 、p H= 4 .0、双氧水用量18 .33 mL/L、中和剂为氧化钙、反应时间2.5h、恒温静置1h、常温静置2h条件下 ,铁去除率大于99% ,氟去除率高于70% ,溶液质量达工业生产要求.

Removal of iron and fluorine from the leaching solution of zinc by goethite process were studied .T he test results show that over 99% of iron removel rate and over 70% of flurion removal rate are obtained at the optimum conditions of reaction temperature of 85 ℃ ,solution pH of 4 .0 ,hydrogen peroxide amount of 18 .33 mL/L ,CaO as neutralizer ,reaction time of 2 .5 h ,constant temperature standing for 1 h and room temperature standing for 2 h .The solution meets electrolytic zinc requirements .
