研究了羟肟萃取剂在硝酸体系中的硝化和降解行为 ,考察了 NO3- 浓度、萃取体系酸度、萃取体系温度及改质剂对羟肟萃取剂硝化的影响.研发出2种抗硝化试剂 ,并比较了它们在硝酸体系中的抗硝化性能.试验结果表明 ,这2种抗硝化剂对提高羟肟萃取剂的抗硝化能力有显著效果.给出了减少萃取剂硝化的措施 ,并为湿法炼铜企业选择适宜的萃取剂给出了方向.
研究瞭羥肟萃取劑在硝痠體繫中的硝化和降解行為 ,攷察瞭 NO3- 濃度、萃取體繫痠度、萃取體繫溫度及改質劑對羥肟萃取劑硝化的影響.研髮齣2種抗硝化試劑 ,併比較瞭它們在硝痠體繫中的抗硝化性能.試驗結果錶明 ,這2種抗硝化劑對提高羥肟萃取劑的抗硝化能力有顯著效果.給齣瞭減少萃取劑硝化的措施 ,併為濕法煉銅企業選擇適宜的萃取劑給齣瞭方嚮.

The nitration and degradation of copper extractants in the nitric acid system were studied . The effect of nitrate concentration ,pH of feed solution ,temperature of extraction system and modifiers on the nitration of the copper extractants were examined .Two anti-nitration reagents were developed and their anti-nitration ability in the nitric acid system was investigated .The results show that the anti-nitration reagents can significantly enhance the anti-nitration ability of the copper extractants .The measures for decreasing the nitration of the copper extractants are suggested ,and a good way for hydrometallurgical plants to select the appropriate copper extractants and reduce the nitration of the extractants are pointed out .
