目的:观察4个不同产地的四叶参对缺乳大鼠模型泌乳量及血清催乳素(PRL)水平的影响,探讨其催乳机制。方法建立溴隐亭诱导的大鼠缺乳模型,检测4个不同产地的四叶参提取物对母鼠泌乳量及缺乳大鼠血清PRL水平的影响。结果与模型组大鼠比较,4个产地四叶参能提高溴隐亭缺乳大鼠泌乳量及血清PRL含量(P<0.01)。结论四叶参能提高产后缺乳模型大鼠的血清PRL水平,畅通泌乳通道,增加泌乳量。

목적:관찰4개불동산지적사협삼대결유대서모형비유량급혈청최유소(PRL)수평적영향,탐토기최유궤제。방법건립추은정유도적대서결유모형,검측4개불동산지적사협삼제취물대모서비유량급결유대서혈청PRL수평적영향。결과여모형조대서비교,4개산지사협삼능제고추은정결유대서비유량급혈청PRL함량(P<0.01)。결론사협삼능제고산후결유모형대서적혈청PRL수평,창통비유통도,증가비유량。
Objective To observe the effect ofCodonopsis lanceolata Radix from four origins on milk yield and prolactin (PRL) level in rats with puerperal hypogalactia and analyze the action mechanism.Methods The rat model of puerperal hypogalactia was induced by bromocriptine. The effect of extract ofCodonopsis lanceolata Radix from four origins on the milk yield and PRL level of maternal rats was determined.Results Compared with the animals in model group, the milk yield and PRL level of rats with puerperal hypogalactia treated with extract ofCodonopsis lanceolata Radix from four different regions increased.ConclusionCodonopsis lanceolata Radix can unblock the lactation channel, increase milk yield and increase the PRL level in the rats with puerperal hypogalactia.
