高新技术产业在推动经济增长、优化产业结构等方面具有重要作用.能够对高新技术产业发展产生影响的因素有很多,研究这些因素对促进漳州经济发展具有重要的理论和现实意义.分析漳州高新技术产业发展基本状况,应用灰色关联度针对漳州高新技术产业2009—2013年在资金投入、人力资本、技术进步和政府行为四个方面的数据进行实证分析,根据分析结果,提出加大资金投入、重视发挥高科技人才的作用、加快企业自主创新、发挥政府宏观调控等建议.

The high-tech industries can promote the economic growth , realize the adjustment and evolvement of industry structure. There are many factors that affect the development of high-tech industry. Study on these factors that has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the economic development of Zhangzhou.This paper first introduces the current situation of industry of new and high technology and economic growth in Zhangzhou. Secondly, use Grey Correlation Analysis on data of four aspects on aspects capital investment, human capital, technology progress and the government behaviort in 2009-2013 years to the empirical analysis. Finally, according to the results of the analysis put forward advice of increasing capital investment、attaching importance to the role of high-tech talent、 accelerating the independent innovation of enterprises and playing the government macroeconomic regulation and control.
