《罐藏加工》是高职食品加工技术专业的一门职业核心课程.按照工学结合、工作过程系统化的课程理念,围绕课程目标、内容、教学策略等几方面进行设计.所设计的课程模式在具体实施中特别注重学生的主体作用,努力培养学生"做事"的能力,让学生在学习中通过不断的比较、内化和迁移提高自身的综合职业能力,更好的促进学生的全面发展.

Canning processing is a core professional course of food processing technology specialty in higher vocational colleges. This paper gave a clear explanation with the curriculum design based on a concept of the combining learning with working and working process systematization, centering on curriculum goal, content, teaching strategy, ect. This redesign curriculum specially emphasized subjective role of students, bringing the initiative of the students into full work and further promoted comprehensive vocational ability and overall development of the students.
