以39份BC1F2玉米回交群体及其亲本为供试材料,在吐丝期采取灌溉和干旱胁迫处理。探究了自交系与BC1F1群体吐丝期的光合参数与耐旱性的关系及其耐旱性。结果表明,净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾系数(Tr)和玉米单株产量耐旱系数呈正相关,单株产量、耐旱系数、净光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾系数(Tr)的方差贡献率和累计贡献率最大,可以用来评价玉米耐旱性;39份玉米自交系中有1份是抗旱的,4份是比较抗旱的,34份是不抗旱的;在BC1F2群体中有12份是抗旱的,1份是比较抗旱的,26份是不抗旱的。通过玉米回交导入系BC1F2的构建,得到13份抗旱性显著提高的玉米BC1F2群体。

Under the treatments of the normal irrigation and drought stress at silking stage,39 kinds of BC1F2 backcross groups and their parents of corn were used as the experimental material.The relationship of photosynthetic parameters and the drought tolerance between the inbred lines and BC1F1 groups at silking stage and their drought resistance were explored.The result showed that the coefficient of net photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration (Tr) and corn yield drought-resistant coefficient were positively correlated and corn yield,drought-resistant coefficient,the coefficient of net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration (Tr) had the major variance contribution ratio and total contribution ratio, and they could be used to evaluate the drought resistance of corn.It was concluded that one was drought-resistant,4 were the better and 34 was not drought-resistant in 39 kinds of maize inbred lines;In BC1F2 groups,12 drought-resistant kinds were founded,1 was relatively drought-resistant and 26 were not drought-resistant.By built the BC1F2 groups,13 kinds of BC1F2 groups with significantly higher drought resistance were achieved.
