钻井液的类型与性能对于提高极地冰层取心钻进的效率与保证钻孔稳定性具有重要的影响。在分析铠装电动机械钻具工作原理与钻井液循环方式的基础上,较为详细地分析了升降钻具的速度与钻井液粘度与密度之间的关系;分析了现有钻井液类型和所存在的问题;以二元脂肪酸二醇酯、低分子量饱和脂肪酸酯与甲基硅油的试验测试数据为基础,确定了可用于极地冰层取心钻进的钻井液类型及其性能要求。
鑽井液的類型與性能對于提高極地冰層取心鑽進的效率與保證鑽孔穩定性具有重要的影響。在分析鎧裝電動機械鑽具工作原理與鑽井液循環方式的基礎上,較為詳細地分析瞭升降鑽具的速度與鑽井液粘度與密度之間的關繫;分析瞭現有鑽井液類型和所存在的問題;以二元脂肪痠二醇酯、低分子量飽和脂肪痠酯與甲基硅油的試驗測試數據為基礎,確定瞭可用于極地冰層取心鑽進的鑽井液類型及其性能要求。

The type and property of drilling fluids play an important role in improving core drilling efficiency in the polar ice and ensuring the stability of borehole.Based on the investigation of the working principles of armored electric machinery drilling tools and the cycle approach of drilling fluids, this paper made a detailed analysis on the relationship between the rising and falling speed of drilling tools and the viscosity and density of drilling fluids.Current types of drilling fluid and their existing problems were also discussed.The type and property of the drilling fluid available to the polar ice core drilling were determined based on the test data of the binary fatty acid glycol ester, low molecular weight saturated fatty acid ester and methyl silicone oil.
