目的:我们预以银杏叶提取物为主要原料开发一种降血脂口服液,对制备方法进行试验考察,以寻找最佳制备工艺。方法:通过试验设计考察溶液的pH、增溶剂用量、滤材及灭菌条件对含量的影响,选出最佳工艺。结果表明:pH值在6.5-7.0之间、加入1.5%增溶剂、澄清板过滤及90℃水浴灭菌30分钟,产品性状最好、功效成分含量符合要求。结论:生产过程中对上述关键工艺参数进行控制,可以很好的提高产品质量。

Objective: We expect to use extracts of Gingo biloba as main raw material to develop an anti-hyperlipidemia oral solu-tion,the preparation process was studied to find the optimal process. Method: Through experimental design to study the effects of the content by pH、the amount of solubilizer、filters and sterilization conditions, select the optimal process. The results showed that pH between 6.5-7.0、1.5% solubilizer、with clarification filter plate and 90℃ water bath 30minutes for sterilization, the products has the best traits and the content of main ingredients achieve the desired demand. Conclusion: The production process of the above-mentioned control key process parameters,can be significantly improve product quality.
