人乳头瘤病毒（ HPV）是一种无包膜的小DNA病毒，其持续感染可导致人类皮肤和黏膜的异常增生。晶状体上皮源性生长因子（ LEDGF）是一种应激反应蛋白，其在多种癌组织中的表达上调，HPV－E6／E7和LEDGF蛋白的表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关，两者相互作用，最终导致细胞癌变。该文概述了HPV－E6／E7与LEDGF蛋白相互作用的机制及其与宫颈癌的研究进展。

Human papilloma virus( HPV) is a small non-enveloped DNA virus,the persistent infection of which can cause abnormal proliferation of human skin and mucous membranes.Lens epithelial-derived growth factor ( LEDGF) is a stress response protein, and the recent researches indicate that LEDGF is up-regulated in several cancers.The expression of HPV-E6/E7 and LEDGF protein are closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, interactions of HPV-E6/E7 and LEDGF protein ultimately lead to cancerous cells.Here is to make a review of the research progress in the interaction mechanism of HPV-E6/E7 and LEDGF protein,and its role in the progress of cervical cancer.
