Stanford B型主动脉夹层动脉瘤是临床常见的一种威胁患者生命的主动脉疾病，其治疗方式多样。随着介入技术的发展，腔内修复术已成为主动脉夹层动脉瘤治疗的一种常规方式。目前， Stanford B型主动脉夹层动脉瘤的腔内修复治疗一般不对夹层远端裂口进行处理。但近期研究发现，主动脉夹层远端裂口的处理对胸主动脉瘤腔内修复术后主动脉真腔重构和假腔的血栓化以及该病的预后均有重要意义。

Stanford B aortic dissection aneurysm is one of the most common life-threatening aortic emer-gencies,which has diverse treatments.With the developing of interventional therapy, endovascular aneurysm repair has become a conventional treatment.At present,most of endovascular aneurysm repairs do not cover exit-tears.However,recent studies discover that the coverage of distal end-tears has important significance for reshaping of true lumen and thrombosis of the false lumen,and the prognosis of the disease.
