创面修复过程复杂，涉及多种细胞及因子，调控机制异常则引起难愈性创面或瘢痕。促进创面修复的治疗方法和产品种类日益增多。目前创伤修复已深入到细胞及分子生物学水平，包括因子、细胞及中药等，但多数研究尚未形成系统。组织工程技术可与干细胞疗法相结合，使创伤修复有了更好的治疗前景，有待深入开发。中医药疗效显著，具有多靶点调控效应，相关机制有待进一步明确。

The process of wound repair is complex,involving a variety of cells and factors.Abnormality of the regulation mechanisms leads to refractory wounds or scars.There are more and more therapies and prod-ucts for wound repairing.The researches on wound healing have deepened into the cellular and molecular biology level,including a variety of cytokines,cells and traditional Chinese medicine,though much of which is not systematic yet.The combination of tissue engineering and stem cell therapy is opening up a better pros-pect for wound repair,waiting for further development.With multiple targets,traditional Chinese medicine has distinctive curative effect,while the relevant mechanisms need further clarification.
