目的:探讨单纯内固定与支架外固定治疗复杂性Pilon骨折的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2013年2月至2014年2月我院收治的复杂性Pilon骨折患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组采用有限内固定联合支架外固定治疗,对照组采用切开复位内固定治疗。比较两组关节面复位情况、临床效果以及并发症发生情况。结果两组关节面复位情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组临床治疗优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论有限内固定联合支架外固定与单纯内固定均能有效复位复杂性Pilon骨折关节面,但前者临床更为确切。

목적:탐토단순내고정여지가외고정치료복잡성Pilon골절적림상료효급안전성。방법선취2013년2월지2014년2월아원수치적복잡성Pilon골절환자80례,수궤분위관찰조화대조조,매조각40례。관찰조채용유한내고정연합지가외고정치료,대조조채용절개복위내고정치료。비교량조관절면복위정황、림상효과이급병발증발생정황。결과량조관절면복위정황비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。관찰조림상치료우량솔현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。량조병발증발생솔비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론유한내고정연합지가외고정여단순내고정균능유효복위복잡성Pilon골절관절면,단전자림상경위학절。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of simple internal fixation and external fixation in the treatment of complex Pilon fractures. Methods 80 cases of patients with complex Pilon fractures treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with limited internal fixation combined with external fixation, while patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The conditions of articular surface reduction, clinical effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The reduction of articular surface of the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05). The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The incidence of complications between the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusions Both limited internal fixation combined with external fixation and simple internal fixation can effectively restore the articular surface of complex Pilon fractures, but the former method is more accurate.
