舒芬太尼是阿片类药物中镇痛效能最强的，麻醉诱导、麻醉维持和各种疼痛治疗处理过程中多应用舒芬太尼。舒芬太尼的安全范围广，不良反应呼吸抑制轻微，且镇痛作用时间比呼吸抑制时间更长。舒芬太尼给药方式多样，可通过静脉、鼻黏膜、皮下、硬膜外等途径给药。在创伤早期镇痛中，舒芬太尼因其与经典镇痛药物吗啡有等效的镇痛作用、更短作用起效时间和更少的不良反应而被普遍使用。

Sufentanil is the most potent opioid analgesics at present.It is widely used in anesthesia induction,anesthesia maintenance and pain management.The safety range of sufentanil is large,the adverse reaction and inhibition of respiration is slight,and the analgesic time is longer than the inhibition of respira-tion.Its administration has diverse ways,including intravenous,subcutaneous,nasal mucosa,epidural etc.In the early stage of trauma pain,sufentanil is widely used,because of its equivalent analgesic effect,shorter onset time and less adverse effects compared with the classical drug morphine .
