目的：探讨研究血常规检测在鉴别缺铁性贫血和地中海贫血的临床应用。方法：随机选择2013年4月-2015年4月来我院进行血常规检测的缺铁性贫血患者、地中海贫血患者和正常体检人员的临床病例资料，依次分为a、B、c三组，各60例，对血常规检测的相关指标进行分析。结果：a、B两组患者的红细胞计数（rBc）、血红蛋白含量（HB）、平均红细胞体积（McV）、红细胞分布宽度（rdW）四项指标与c组相比，差异均显著（P<0.05），具有统计学意义；a组与B组之间的 rBc、HB、rdW差异也具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：血常规检测结果能够有效鉴别出缺铁性贫血、地中海贫血和正常人群，值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical application of routine blood test in the differential diagnosis of iron deifciency anemia and thalassemia.Methods:randomly selected april april 2013 and 2015 to our hospital for routine detection of patients with iron deifciency anemia, thalassemia patients and normal persons as control group.
