目的：对经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术的临床效果进行分析。方法取研究对象80例，均为我院2014年1月份到2015年7月份的收治的子宫肌瘤手术患者。随机分成对照组和实验组，各40例。对照组实施经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术，实验组实施腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间经对比差异显著，P<0.05，具备统计上的意义；实验组不良反应发生率5%，比对照组的27.5%要低，差别显著，P<0.05，具备统计上的意义。结论应用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术对子宫肌瘤患者进行治疗，其安全性以及创伤性均比经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术要优秀，值得推荐。

Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic resection of uterine fibroids after laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods: 80 cases of the research object, all of our hospital from January 2015 to July 2014 were treated in patients with uterine fibroids surgery. Randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each of 40 cases. The control group was treated with abdominal hysterectomy, and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy. To compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Results: the operation time, bleeding volume, length of hospital stay of the two groups were significantly different,P<0.05, with statistical significance. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 27.5%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was significant,P<0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion:the application of laparoscopic hysterectomy for uterine fibroids patients with treatment, and its safety and trauma are better than the abdominal hysterectomy, it is recommended.
