目的：探讨美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心律失常临床效果。方法从本院2013年4月至2014年4月收治的冠心病心律失常患者中抽取25例，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组15例，对照组10例，研究组患者给予美托洛尔合并稳心颗粒治疗，对照组给予美托洛尔合治疗，比较两组患者治疗的临床效果。结果（1）两组患者治疗后，研究组患者总有效率为100%，显著优于对照组80%，两组患者总有效率比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）；（2）研究组治疗后的LVAADD、HR、TC下降情况明显优于对照组， E/A较对照组明显上升，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）结论对冠心病心律失常患者，采用美托洛尔合并稳心颗粒的治疗方法，临床疗效显著，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토미탁락이연합은심과립치료관심병심률실상림상효과。방법종본원2013년4월지2014년4월수치적관심병심률실상환자중추취25례，장기수궤분위연구조화대조조，연구조15례，대조조10례，연구조환자급여미탁락이합병은심과립치료，대조조급여미탁락이합치료，비교량조환자치료적림상효과。결과（1）량조환자치료후，연구조환자총유효솔위100%，현저우우대조조80%，량조환자총유효솔비교유통계학의의（P<0.05）；（2）연구조치료후적LVAADD、HR、TC하강정황명현우우대조조， E/A교대조조명현상승，조간차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）결론대관심병심률실상환자，채용미탁락이합병은심과립적치료방법，림상료효현저，차불량반응소，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with stable heart granules in the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease.Methods: from of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected 25 cases were randomly divided into study group and control group, 15 patients of the study group, 10 cases in the control group, patients in study group were given metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment, control group received metoprolol treatment, compared two groups of patients with treatment of clinical treatment.Results: (1)after treatment, the patients in the two groups, patients in the study group, total efficiency was 100%, significantly better than 80% of the control group (P< 0.05); (2)of the two groups of patients with LVAADD, HR, E / A, TC situation were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment, the study group LVAADD, HR, TC was decreased significantly compared with the control group, E / a than there is an upward trend in the control group, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion: the metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease patients, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, and less adverse reactions, it is worth of clinical application.
