目的:探讨补锌干预对孕妇锌营养状况和新生儿生长发育的影响。方法选择2014年1月~2014年10月在济南市第五人民医院定期孕检的孕龄小于12周的孕妇256例,分为预防干预组和对照组各128例,预防干预组选择自愿接受口服含锌胶囊且健康的孕妇作为干预对象,对照组选择仅服用安慰剂的健康孕妇。分别在孕12周、孕27~29周及产前抽取孕妇静脉血,测定其锌浓度。于产后24 h测定新生儿生长发育指标。结果孕早期干预组和对照组全血锌浓度无显著性差异,而孕中晚期干预组全血锌浓度比对照组的高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组新生儿的出生体重、头围、身长及1分钟Apgar评分均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对孕妇每日补充适量的含锌胶囊可改善孕妇孕中、晚期的锌营养状态,显著改善新生儿的生长发育状况。

목적:탐토보자간예대잉부자영양상황화신생인생장발육적영향。방법선택2014년1월~2014년10월재제남시제오인민의원정기잉검적잉령소우12주적잉부256례,분위예방간예조화대조조각128례,예방간예조선택자원접수구복함자효낭차건강적잉부작위간예대상,대조조선택부복용안위제적건강잉부。분별재잉12주、잉27~29주급산전추취잉부정맥혈,측정기자농도。우산후24 h측정신생인생장발육지표。결과잉조기간예조화대조조전혈자농도무현저성차이,이잉중만기간예조전혈자농도비대조조적고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。간예조신생인적출생체중、두위、신장급1분종Apgar평분균대우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대잉부매일보충괄량적함자효낭가개선잉부잉중、만기적자영양상태,현저개선신생인적생장발육상황。
Objective To investigate the inlfuence of zinc intervention to the pregnant woman of zinc nutritional status and neonatal growth and development.Methods 2014 January to 2014 October, less than 12 weeks in the Fifth People's Hospital of Ji'nan city regularly pregnant examination gestational age of 256 pregnant women, divided into preventive intervention group and control group with 128 cases in each group, preventive intervention group choose voluntarily accept oral zinc capsules and healthy pregnant women as control group intervention objects, select only the placebo healthy pregnant women. Respectively at 12 weeks of pregnancy, pregnancy 27~29 weeks pregnant and prenatal extraction of venous blood, the determination of the concentration of zinc. The measurement in a postpartum 24h newborn growth and development indicators.Results early pregnancy intervention group and control group, no significant difference of blood zinc concentration, and late pregnancy in the intervention group of blood zinc concentration higher than that of the control group, there was signiifcant difference. The intervention group neonatal birth weight, head circumference, length and 1 minute Apgar score were higher than the control group, there was signiifcant difference.Conclusion Zinc nutritional status of pregnant women conclusion daily supplement of proper amount of zinc containing capsule can improve pregnancy, late, signiifcantly improve the growth and development of neonates.
